People can support our mission in several meaningful ways. By dedicating their time, skills, or resources, volunteers and donors play a crucial role in helping The Great North Pole fulfil its mission of bringing hope and joy to those in need, particularly during the holiday season.

Volunteering: One of the primary ways to volunteer is by helping with various fundraising events such as Giving Hearts Day or our Annual Gala. Another opportunity is by providing administrative support behind the scenes. Our most popular opportunity is during our Annual Week of Giving Program in December.

Partnership: Individuals and businesses can support our mission by organizing donation drives for clothing, toys, and other needed items, or by becoming a partner vendor to assist in procurement of donated items or reduced cost of products.

Sponsorship: Individuals and businesses can help fund our organization’s initiatives by becoming Sponsors.

It takes a village here at the Great North Pole, and with so many things to do to, we’re looking for dedicated elves with various talents to join a Committee and help spread warmth & joy across our community. Whether you love administrative tasks, expressing creativity, connecting with people, have tech skills, enjoy organizing events, or spreading holiday cheer, there’s a place for you in Santa’s workshop – aka The Great North Pole!

Giving Hearts Day Opportunities

By donating to The Great North Pole on Giving Hearts Day, you directly contribute to their mission of providing essential resources, such as food, clothing, and gifts, to underserved families during the holiday season. Your generosity can help expand their outreach, ensuring more individuals receive much-needed support and a sense of hope.

Gala Opportunities

Volunteering for The Great North Pole Gala offers a wonderful opportunity for individuals to support the organization’s mission.

Volunteers can assist in various roles, such as helping with event setup and decoration, greeting guests, managing registration and check-in, or coordinating silent auctions and raffles. They may also support the event by serving as ushers, assisting with guest seating, or helping with clean-up and teardown at the end of the gala. By contributing their time and energy, volunteers help ensure the event runs smoothly and creates a memorable experience for attendees.

Week of Giving Opportunities

Our annual Week of Giving is a week-long event that has taken place at Bergseth Brothers’ since its inception. December 9th – 13th, 2024 will be our 8th year that our partners at Bergseth’s will have hosted this grand event. It truly is our North Pole.

Volunteer as an Elf

Join hundreds of volunteers to help fill stockings (boxes) with essential items and gifts to be delivered to families in need.

Donate Essential Items

Contribute by donating basic needs products such as deodorant, shampoo, toothbrushes, and other hygiene items.

Become a Partnering Vendor

Host or participate in local fundraising efforts to raise money for purchasing additional items needed for the event.

Help with Event Logistics

Offer your time to assist with organizing, sorting, and preparing the staging ground at Bergseth Brothers' facility.

Administrative Opportunities
